Rusty, the crazy ice fisherman

A couple weeks ago Rusty headed to Otter Tail in MN to go ice fishing with some guys.  Normally in Iowa by now we have a ton of snow...and the lakes are iced over.  Not this year!  This year we have had a few 50 degree days in Dec. and it is so weird...and awesome if you ask me!  Rusty would disagree though!  He would go ice fishing in every spare second he has if he could! 

The guys left of a Sunday night and got home on a Wed. night.  They caught their limit in Walleye each day the guide took them out and they had a great time!

While Rusty was gone, Avery and I got a lot of Christmas shopping done, had a play date with Janelle and Kayson and just got caught up on mommy daughter time!
